Here’s how it works 

Unopened Items

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging for a full refund. Simply send them back, and we’ll refund the cost of the returned product* to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

First Time Trying Saalt Underwear?

If you’re trying period underwear for the first time, we recommend starting with one pair before opening the rest. Unopened pairs are eligible for a refund.
